A roll off dumpster is a rectangular box with no lid, a swinging door and wheels on one end. When your dumpster rental is delivered, a truck will use the wheels of the dumpster to roll it into the correct spot. So, a roll off dumpster is simply an open-top dumpster with wheels that “roll” into place. Since our dumpsters are 8′ x 14′ we can place them in most driveways or backed into a work area that’s more convenient.
You might need a dumpster permit depending on your location and where you’re planning to place the bin. If you’re planning to have your container in the street or blocking the sidewalk, contact us to go over your options.
Place your order online or over the phone. Then, we’ll schedule delivery when it works for you and place your container in a convenient spot for your project. Request pickup online or over the phone when you’re finished cleaning up, and our driver will remove the full bin within 24 hours.
Depending on demand and availability, there’s no limit to the number of dumpsters you can rent at one time. We’ll provide as many bins as your project requires, dropped off together or staggered to meet your needs.
You’ll pay for your dumpster on the day of delivery. If there are additional charges, you can expect to see those charges 1-2 days after pickup.
Dumpsters needed for additional days will incur a daily charge after the rental period has expired. Dumpsters are weighed at the landfill, if the contents weigh over the included weight allowance, you will be charged a prorated fee per ton. Additional charges are listed in the Terms and Conditions.
To avoid extra fees, prepare for delivery, fill your dumpster properly and only throw away accepted materials. You should also stay within your dumpsters set weight limit.
All these materials are accepted but due to weight limits (5 tons) only 13 yard dumpsters are rented for these materials. Dumpsters with these types of materials can only be filled approximately halfway to not exceed our equipment’s capabilities. Call us to discuss heavy projects to get a quote on the dump fees.
If you run into trouble, simply contact us. We’re here to help.
No, you don’t have to be present when your dumpster rental arrives. But please make sure our driver can reach the drop-off location on your scheduled delivery date. This means moving cars, equipment and other potential obstacles out of the way before we get there.

Yards refers to “cubic yards” of volume. Dumpster sizes are measured by the volume of waste they can hold. One cubic yard is 3 feet by 3 feet by 3 feet. So, for example, a small 2 yard dumpster can hold 2 cubic yards of waste which is 3 x 3 x 3 feet times 2 which is 54 cubic feet of waste.
If you have filled your dumpster and don’t require any additional services, please give us a call to arrange pick up. We can normally pick up dumpsters within 24 hours of notice.
Yes, all quoted prices include drop off and pick up of the dumpster. If you are outside our service area, there will be an additional delivery fee, but you will be informed of that during the booking process.
If you have filled your dumpster and would like another one please give us a call to schedule additional service. We would be happy to “dump and return” or “exchange” your dumpster for you. We treat “dump and returns” or “exchanges” as a new rental. This means you will be billed for the full price of the dumpster and your rental term will start over. It’s just like starting a brand new rental.
